Blake and his team of professional tradespeople and contractors then proceeded to build our dream home. Blake communicated with me constantly making sure that I was kept up to date with the progress. I was able to visit the site frequently and talk to the tradespeople. I was given extensive choice with colours, tiles, carpet, cabinetry, etc. The whole process was stress-free and nothing was too much trouble. Their friendly, caring and professional approach made me feel confident with my choice of builder from the start.

Your home should reflect your taste, character and suit your life style. Gary Ballard was able to fulfill these requirements and at the same time with his artistic touch create something unique and attractive as well as functional and practical.
Once drawings are finalised the transition from plans to materialisation of the project takes a lot of care, skill, competence as well as confidence and a lot of passion. Blake has demonstrated that he is up for the task, during our project he has provided good advice, shown flexibility (we were able to change many things as we went along) kept a close eye on during the course of the build and were kept informed of progress.
